If the space is well prepared, we usually have it photographed within an hour and deliver the materials the same day, in the evening.

We shoot interiors from a tripod on a full-frame Sony A7 IV body with a professional 16 mm lens. We build every key frame from five differently exposed shots, which we merge in post-production into a single final photo.

Bracketing across five stops
Bracketing means we photograph the same scene several times at different exposures, from the darkest to the brightest. For interiors we shoot five frames in the range of −2 to +2 EV. From the darker shots we recover detail in the highlights (for example in overexposed windows), and from the brighter ones detail in the shadows. Merging them produces a single photo with perfectly balanced light that a single frame can never achieve. As a demonstration we deliberately chose a more challenging space with several issues, blown-out windows, strong shadows and mixed light, so you can see that we handle even such a shot in a completely professional way.
Removal with AI We can cleanly remove the items present in the space using artificial intelligence. The quality, sharpness and light are fully preserved, precisely thanks to the technique and way we photograph the space.
Virtual staging We can also furnish the space virtually, remove anything from the photo and at the same time add furniture and design to your vision. This service is available on client request.
Why five, and only three with drones? When shooting from a tripod nothing moves, so we can afford up to five frames and extract the maximum detail. From a moving drone we choose three with a fast shutter to keep the shots sharp. This is how we approach every photo, to achieve the best possible result.

Why exclusively a 16 mm lens
We shoot interiors strictly on a professional wide-angle 16 mm lens. A wide shot shows the whole room and its layout, the space feels airy and real. At the same time we keep the lines straight, so the walls do not "fall" and the photo feels stable and trustworthy. This is crucial for a sale, the buyer can picture the space immediately.
Why a phone cannot do it
A phone has no full-frame sensor, no professional lens and no real bracketing. At the windows it either blows out the interior or darkens the whole room. The wide-angle mode distorts and the walls bend. The result looks "rushed" and that subconsciously lowers the value of the property and the trust in the seller. The difference between a phone and a professional photo translates directly into the number of enquiries and the final price.
Why hire us specifically
