How quickly will I get the finished shots?
Photos within 24 hours, virtual staging within 48 hours, video within 3 days and a sales website from just 7 days after approval.
How much does real estate photography cost in Bratislava?
Photographing a flat up to 50 m² costs from €99, a flat of 50–100 m² from €119 and over 100 m² from €149. A family house up to 150 m² from €169, a larger house from €219. Prices are excl. VAT, travel within Bratislava is free and we deliver the finished photos within 24 hours.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
Prices are excl. VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. You know the price upfront and we invoice your company.
When do I pay?
For photo shoots, you pay only after delivery. For larger jobs (video, development projects, websites) we may ask for a 30–50% deposit before we start, with the rest due within 14 days of delivery.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within Bratislava is free. Outside Bratislava we charge €0.39 per km there and back; for larger projects we agree on terms individually.
Do you also shoot outside Bratislava?
Yes, we shoot all over Slovakia. Travel within Bratislava is free; outside Bratislava we charge €0.39 per km. You know the travel cost up front, based on the address.
Do you shoot at weekends?
Yes, by arrangement we also shoot at weekends. The surcharge is 35% of the total agreed price; we waive it for large projects agreed in advance. Tell us which day suits you.
What if the weather is bad on drone day?
We move the date free of charge to the next suitable day. We fly in line with current legislation and with all required permits.
What gear and drone permits do you have?
We shoot on a full-frame Sony A7 IV with 16–35 and 24–70 mm lenses. We fly a DJI Air 3S and an FPV drone and hold A1/A3 and A2 licences plus a commercial use permit. Video is shot with a gimbal, Nanlite lights and DJI microphones, and edited in Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere and After Effects.
What is virtual staging and how much does it cost?
Virtual staging digitally furnishes empty rooms with furniture and decor so buyers can picture living there. It costs from €19 per photo, or €79 for a pack of 5 photos, excl. VAT. We deliver the finished photos within 48 hours.
Can I use the photos on portals, my website and in print?
Yes. Once paid in full, you get a licence for marketing and presenting the project: listings, website, social media and printed materials.
What if I don’t like the result?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery. If the result isn’t right, we’ll reshoot for free.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling more than 48 hours before the date is free. For shorter notice, the cancellation terms in our terms and conditions apply.
