Are the prices in the price list final?
They are indicative and excl. VAT. We prepare an exact quote based on the scope of the project, in writing, on the day you enquire and with no hidden items.
I am not VAT-registered. Can we work something out?
Yes. If you are not VAT-registered and cannot reclaim VAT, write to us and we will agree on an individual price.
How quickly do you deliver the finished photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, guaranteed and at no extra cost. Fast delivery is our standard, not a paid express option.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate on a drone shoot?
We check the forecast in advance. If conditions aren’t suitable, we move the date to the next good day free of charge.
Can I use the photos and videos without restrictions?
Yes. Rights to use them in marketing the property are always included: listings, web, social media and print.
Can I order several services at once?
Yes, and it pays off. We combine photo, video and drone in one visit. Drone photos (5–8 shots) can be added to a shoot for €49, and the all-in sales bundle with photos, video, drone photos and reels costs €429.
Do you offer a discount for estate agencies?
Yes. Estate agencies get 10% off from 5 orders a month. We show the discount directly in the quote.
Do you shoot at weekends?
Yes, by arrangement. The weekend surcharge is 35% of the total agreed price; we waive it for large projects agreed in advance. Photos are still delivered within 24 hours.
Where do you work?
Throughout Slovakia. No travel fee in Bratislava, €0.39/km outside it. If the project is interesting, we’ll travel abroad too.
How do the monthly website care plans work?
From €29 a month we look after your website: hosting, updates, speed monitoring and content changes. You can change or cancel the plan at any time.
