How much does it cost to photograph a flat or house?
Photographing a flat up to 50 m² costs from €99, a flat of 50–100 m² from €119, a flat over 100 m² or a maisonette from €149, a family house up to 150 m² from €169 and a house over 150 m² or a villa from €219, all excl. VAT. The final price depends on the location and size of the property, and we send an exact quote the same day you ask.
Do you shoot outside Bratislava?
Yes, throughout Slovakia. Travel within Bratislava is free; outside the city we charge €0.39/km for the return trip from the city limits. You know the amount up front, based on the address.
How quickly do you deliver the photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, guaranteed and at no extra cost. Fast delivery is our standard, not an add-on express service.
Why isn’t a phone photo good enough?
A phone has no full-frame sensor, no professional lens and no real bracketing. Near windows it either blows out the interior or darkens the room, and wide-angle mode bends the walls. The difference shows in the number of enquiries and in the price.
Is virtual staging included?
No, staging is an optional extra. It costs from €19 per photo, or €79 for a package of 5 photos, excl. VAT.
Can I use the photos on property portals, my website and in print?
Yes. Full rights to use them in marketing the property are included in the price.
Do you offer a discount for estate agencies?
Yes. Estate agencies get 10% off from 5 orders a month. Weekend shoots are available by arrangement with a 35% surcharge, and delivery within 24 hours is always included.
