What you get
More than just drone footage for development projects.
- 01
The project’s location and surroundings
From above, we show where the project is, what’s nearby and how it connects to the roads. Exactly what buyers ask about.
- 02
Construction progress
Repeat flights from the same spots capture how the project grows. The footage works on the website and in updates for prospective buyers.
- 03
From footage to a sales website
We can put the footage straight into the project’s sales website with a price list and unit sales status. We built a website like this for the Pekné bývanie project.
- 04
Permits handled
A1/A3 and A2 licences, a commercial permit and airspace coordination are on us.
Aerial drone footage
A project also sells what’s around it.
Buyers of new builds ask about the location, surroundings, schools, shops and transport. Aerial footage answers before the first phone call, and the whole project looks credible right on the website.
While construction is under way, aerial photos show its progress. Once it’s finished, we also photograph the completed houses and flats from the ground and add virtual staging to empty interiors.
We price the whole project based on its scope and send the quote the same day you enquire.
