With a new build, the first impression often happens entirely online: the project website, the listing and social media. So the photos need to show the quality of the materials, the light in the rooms and how the project fits into its surroundings.
We photograph individual flats and houses, communal areas, the exterior and the entire site from a drone. If the units are empty, we add virtual staging. If the project isn’t finished yet, 3D visualisations help.
For the Pekné bývanie project, eight houses in three villages near the Danube, we created the sales website, the listings and the Google marketing. You can see how it turned out in the case study below.

How much does new-build photography cost?
A single flat from €99 and a house from €169 excl. VAT, as per the price list below. For an entire project, several units or aerial shots of the site, we price by scope and send the quote the same day you enquire.
Do you photograph projects under construction?
Yes, we can capture construction progress from a drone. Until there’s something to photograph, we show the project through 3D visualisations.
Do you also build websites for development projects?
Yes. We build sales websites with a price list, a map and a page for every unit as part of our Custom sales website and Projects from A to Z services.
How quickly will I get the photos?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, with no express surcharge. For larger projects, we confirm the delivery date in the quote.
