Buyers often first see a flat on their phone in a listing, and the first few photos matter most: the living room, the kitchen and the view. That’s why, with every flat, we make sure the photos show the layout and the light, not just a piece of wall.
We photograph studios, 1- to 4-room flats, maisonettes and flats in new builds. A flat up to 50 m² costs from €99, a flat of 50–100 m² from €119 and a flat over 100 m² or a maisonette from €149, all excl. VAT. A prepared flat is usually done within an hour, and we send the photos within 24 hours, often the same evening.
Before the shoot, just tidy the flat, clear small items off the kitchen worktop and out of the bathroom, and switch on all the lights. We take care of perspective straightening, colour correction, sky replacement outside the window and removal of distracting objects in retouching.

How do I prepare a flat for the shoot?
Tidy up, clear small items off the kitchen worktop, bathroom and shelves, make the beds and switch on all the lights. It’s best to put away personal items such as photos or documents. We remove small distractions in retouching.
Can you photograph a flat that’s still lived in?
Yes. We remove small items in retouching and can fill empty rooms with virtual staging.
