What matters in house photos and why a phone isn’t enough.
With a house, buyers care about more than the rooms. They want to see the plot, which way the garden faces, the terrace, parking and the surroundings. That’s why we photograph the house as a whole: the exterior from several sides, the living area, bedrooms, bathrooms and utility spaces if they matter for the sale.
With a house, a phone fails mainly outdoors: the sky is blown out, the façade is dark and wide-angle mode bends the lines of the house. A full-frame sensor, a tripod and five exposures give you a photo that shows both the façade and the sky.
We photograph a house up to 150 m² from €169, and a larger house or villa from €219 excl. VAT. For houses with a garden or in a new development, we recommend adding drone photos for €49, because the plot and surroundings are best shown from above.

Can I add a drone to the house shoot?
Yes, we add 5 to 8 aerial photos to the shoot for €49. If you also want aerial video or a larger scope, see our Drone photo and video service.
Do you photograph houses outside Bratislava?
Yes, throughout Slovakia. Outside Bratislava we charge travel at €0.39/km for the return trip from the city limits. You know the amount up front, based on the address.
What if it’s cloudy on the day of the shoot?
We shoot interiors from five exposures with our own LED lighting, so they look bright even on a cloudy day.
