Real estate photography
The first thing guests see is your photos.
On Airbnb and Booking, guests often decide based on the cover photo and the first few shots. Dark or crooked phone photos look cheap, even when the apartment is lovely.
Before the shoot, it helps to prepare the place as you would for a guest: made beds, towels, lights on and no personal items. When retouching, we then correct the light, colours and perspective.
We photograph apartments in cities and mountain resorts, as well as chalets and guesthouses, throughout Slovakia. We send a price based on size and location the same day you enquire.

How much does an Airbnb apartment shoot cost?
We price an apartment as a flat: up to 50 m² from €99, 50–100 m² from €119, and larger apartments or maisonettes from €149. We price a chalet as a family house, up to 150 m² from €169. Prices are excl. VAT, and we send an exact quote the same day you enquire.
What should I prepare before the shoot?
Prepare the place as you would for a guest: made beds, clean towels, lights on, tidy surfaces and no personal items.
Can I use the photos on Airbnb, Booking and my own website?
Yes. Full rights to use them in marketing your accommodation are included in the price, on every platform and in print.
Do you also shoot chalets and apartments in the mountains?
Yes, throughout Slovakia. Outside Bratislava we charge travel at €0.39/km for the return trip from the city limits. You know the amount up front, based on the address.
